(Minneapolis, MN) — Airlines are issuing travel waivers for people flying to and from some Minnesota airports ahead of a winter storm. Forecasters expect heavy snow and strong winds to make a mess of holiday travel between Wednesday and Friday. That’s why major airlines like Southwest, United, American are offering free flight changes for those passing through airports in the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Duluth.
