(Waseca, MN) — Food giant Conagra Brands plans to build a huge vegetable processing facility in rural Waseca. The company is spending 250 million dollars for the frozen food plant that will be used for its subsidiary Birds Eye. It will replace the existing plant in Waseca. Conagra officials have yet to decide what to do with the old plant.
