Visit the Blue Earth County Historical Society to see their latest temporary exhibit Sips, Style and Stories, opening Friday, October 1, 2021 at 9 a.m. This new exhibit is serving up stories about beverage history and the fashions and fads of that time.
The Historical Society is share some of our collection’s rarely seen clothing pieces and artifacts, and perhaps discover a new drink. In the exhibit, visitors will get a glimpse at how what we wore and what we drank changed with cultural changes in our history. From tea and coffee to night caps and soft drinks. From pioneer aprons and Egg Coffee to denim jean jackets and the Pepsi Challenge
