(Minneapolis, MN) — The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that they found the body of 69-year-old in a lake in Ironton yesterday morning. Officials say they were called for a welfare check around Little Rabbit Lake Monday night after someone reported seeing an unoccupied boat. Crews searched the boat, but did not find anything. It wasn’t until yesterday morning that crews found the body of William Elliot. His cause of death has yet to be determined as the investigation is ongoing.
