Disney is doing a prequel to its “Lion King” remake.  It’ll be about the younger versions of Mufasa and Scar, and how Mufasa became king.

 

For those of you who thought ROB ZOMBIE’s “Munsters” was going to be “dirty, violent and nasty,” he announced yesterday that it’s rated PG.

“Black Panther” director RYAN COOGLER was briefly detained by police two months ago after he tried to withdraw $12,000 from a bank and was mistaken for a thief.  He says the bank apologized and he has moved on.

AMY SCHUMER has some harsh words for the guys who got canceled for sexual misconduct.  And while she didn’t name any names, one of those guys is definitely LOUIS C.K.

In a new interview with the Hollywood Reporter, she says, quote, “It’s all been really sad and disappointing.

“And I don’t think that the coercion and the taking advantage and the masturbating in front of people is cool, and I don’t think that those guys should be allowed to come back.”

 

The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards will be hosted by MIRANDA COSGROVE and ROB GRONKOWSKI on April 9th.  For the first time ever, there will be 1,000 slimings . . . and there will be an on-screen tally for those watching at home. Voting is currently open at Nick.com.

 

Last night on “The Masked Singer”, a contestant dressed as a dog lost his head after performing.  Nobody saw who it was, but that same contestant ended up being unmasked at the end of the night.  It was Food Network star DUFF GOLDMAN.

 

You won’t catch KIM KARDASHIAN criticizing KANYE on her new TV show, “The Kardashians”.  She said she believes in, quote, “championing publicly and criticizing privately.” (I don’t know about you, but I have mad respect for Kim for keeping things classy in the middle of Ye’s antics.)

 

When it comes to his own music, LIL WAYNE said he can take up to seven weeks to write just two lines of a song.  It’s because he’s trying to avoid repeating lyrics he’s already used and also being mindful of his audience.
