(Buffalo, MN) — Prosecutors are expecting to file charges today against the man suspected of shooting several people at the Allina Health Clinic in Buffalo on Tuesday, leaving one dead and four others injured. Attorneys say they will file charges of intentional murder, four counts of attempted first-degree premeditated murder and possession of explosive or incendiary devices against Gregory Paul Ulrich this morning. The 67-year-old is slated to make his first court appearance today at 11:30 a.m.
