(Bloomington, MN) —   The Mall of America will be the state’s fourth COVID-19 community vaccination site. The governor’s office says the Bloomington site will be large-scale and semi-permanent. Mall of America’s site, set to open this week, will first vaccinate over eight-thousand educators, school staff, and childcare workers. Governor Tim Walz says the state and their community locations will be more ready when the federal government ramps up vaccine supply to meet demand. The other community vaccination sites are in Duluth, Minneapolis, and Rochester.
