(St. Paul, MN) — COVID-19 cases are on the uptick in Minnesota. Health officials say the seven-day rate of new cases in Minneapolis has more than tripled since mid-March. The hospitalization rate there is above the state’s COVID-19 caution threshold. A CDC update yesterday evening placed Olmsted and Wabasha counties in southwestern Minnesota into the high range.
