The Minnesota Department of Health says a COVID-19 outbreak has been traced back to a youth wrestling tournament that was held in South Dakota. Sixteen cases have been linked to the Northland Youth Wrestling Association 2021 State Wrestling Tournament hosted in Sioux Falls earlier this month. Health officials say anyone who was among the thousands at the tournament should get tested for the coronavirus. Sixty-four teams from 52 Minnesota counties participated in the competition, which was held in South Dakota because the state has been relatively free of COVID-19 restrictions.
