The National Weather Service says parts of Minnesota could see dangerously cold temperatures this weekend into next week. The Weather Service says the coldest temperatures will be in northwest Minnesota, where wind chills could get below negative 40 Sunday morning. Other parts of Minnesota will likely see wind chills below negative 20.
