The daughter of a missing Mankato woman has posted a plea on social media, hoping to bring her mother home.
Aneisha Khan wrote that her mother Wendy has been missing for 15 weeks but there has been no evidence to change the case from a missing person to a criminal investigation. She added that Wendy Khan hasn’t used her bank account since May 30th, her phone has been inactive since June 2nd, and her car was found on the 200 block of Belle Avenue behind CVS in Mankato June 7th.
Aneisha said her mom, “Would never get up and leave without a trace without saying something,” and added, “Something happened, she could not have left willingly. She left all her clothes and her 2 cats behind (which is not like her at all to do).”
She also asked people to look out for anything suspicious as hunting season arrives.
Aneisha added, “Words cannot describe the pain I’m going through not knowing where my own mom is.”
