(Redwood Co., MN) — A body found in southwest Minnesota Sunday is identified as a missing man who hasn’t been seen since last week. Authorities say 21-year-old Quincy Schaffer went missing from the Lower Sioux area last Tuesday, and his body was found in a wooded area in Redwood County Sunday morning.
