It’s been a deadly year on Minnesota roads and state public safety officials say enough is enough. Sarah Delaney has worked in EMS for 15 years. She says her pager went off this New Year’s Day and it changed her life forever:

“I proceeded around the car to help the driver….. and ….I looked down and I seen this crazy wild hair that looked familiar and I seen his bracelets and I realized it was my son.”

17-year-old   Dylan Delaney became the first Minnesota fatality of 2020 when the vehicle he rode in crashed with a semi on January 1st in Mabel.
