Drought conditions continue across Minnesota. More than 40 counties were placed under a Red Flag Warning and burning restrictions by the National Weather Service yesterday despite recent rainfall. The state Department of Natural Resources says most of the state remains at risk of wildfires due to strong winds and low humidity levels.
