A 52-year-old Ellendale woman is injured in a one-vehicle crash at Highway 69 in Nunda Township. According to the State Patrol, Shannon Hogstad was traveling southbound on Highway 69 when she left the roadway and entered the Northbound ditch, striking multiple trees. She was taken to the Albert Lea Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The Freeborn County Sherriff’s Office, Emmons Fire Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance responded to the scene witH the State Patrol. It is unknown if she was wearing a seatbelt and no alcohol was detected according to the patrol. The crash happened yesterday just before 5:30 in the evening.
