Target will soon start accepting orders from food stamp recipients. The Minneapolis-based retailer will join Walmart and Amazon in allowing low-income shoppers to use food stamps to order online. Customers will be able to pay for cold food items, non-alcoholic drinks, and seeds and plants. The service is expected to start later this month.
