The QuadGraphics building in Waseca has been purchased by developers in southern Minnesota.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Fisher Group assisted with the purchase in June of the industrial space located at 2300 Brown Avenue. Brown Printing formerly occupied the site that was on the market less than six months.
Developers plan to focus on filling the industrial space with new tenants that would bring full-time jobs to the Waseca Community.
The building features 54-thousand feet of office space and 500-feet of indoor rail and equipment to provide production support.
QuadGraphics closed at the end of 2017, impacting about 400 workers at the facility.
