(Rochester, MN) — A former Rochester police officer is charged with sex crimes involving a minor. Court documents say 22-year-old Timothy Robert Morgenstern had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl while he was a volunteer coach at her high school. He’s charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct while in a position of authority and one count of using a minor in pornographic work. Morgenstern’s first court appearance is set for February 15.
