Gas prices continue to rise in Minnesota, but the rise could be slowing. Triple-A says the average for regular unleaded in Minnesota is two dollars and 29 cents per gallon, up a cent from last week and up nearly 15 cents from last month. The average in the Twin Cities is also two-29 per gallon, while the cheapest gas in the state is in Pennington County at two-17 per gallon.
