“One of the biggest things that I think we end up seeing is a drastic change in their behaviors, so somebody might be sleeping a lot more, or not sleeping at all.”

Doth says another warning sign is if your child’s eating habits change significantly. She says if you notice your child struggling, it’s important not only to talk to him or her but also to listen.
