(St. Cloud, MN) — Healthcare workers in 50 counties are participating in the Stepping Up campaign. The Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council has donated three-thousand pairs of soy-based shoes to healthcare workers across the state. Officials with the council say the shoes are part of an environmentally friendly investment from the soybean check off. The campaign follows the group’s 2021 Driving Soy promotion, where 44 counties used Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company’s line of soy-oil tires at local law-enforcement agencies.
