Communities across the state have been forced to find creative solutions to homelessness during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. Rhonda Ottenson executive director of the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless(MCH)says even before the pandemic hit:

“About 20,000 children, adults and families, and seniors across the state were homeless.”

Ottenson says they are pushing lawmakers to allocate 65 million dollars in state funding to help fund homeless programs, services, shelter, and housing support.
