The Minnesota Department of Health is adding two new qualifying conditions for the state’s medical marijuana program. Irritable bowel syndrome and obsessive-compulsive disorder will join the list of qualifying conditions August 1st. Newly-qualified patients will be eligible to enroll in the program July 1st.
