(Twin Cities, MN) — An Illinois man’s arrested after stopping interstate traffic while holding a gun in the Twin Cities. The Minnesota State Patrol says the man was seen walking along the interstate near the intersection of I-694 and I-35E Wednesday evening. The State Patrol says the man stopped traffic for about two hours before he surrendered. He’s currently undergoing a mental evaluation.
