(Minneapolis, MN) — Utility companies are reminding folks about how to keep pipes from freezing during the cold weather. First and foremost, any water main breaks should be reported to the water company. To help prevent pipes freezing or bursting, leave your faucet dripping. You can also use a heater near the pipes. It’s recommended to keep your thermostat at the same temperature day and night.
