(St. Joseph, MN) — A man is behind bars after he allegedly threw a homemade bomb at a home in St. Joseph. Police say 26-year-old Joshua Quade has been charged for attempting to bomb a home on August 13, 2020. According to reports, Quade threw the homemade device at a home in the 48-hundred block of River Road Northeast. No injuries were reported. Quade now faces a slew of charges including negligent discharge of an explosive device and possession of an explosive device by a prohibited person.
