(Minneapolis, MN) — A man is suing Minneapolis officials accusing officers of using excessive force while unlawfully arresting him last spring. Damareion McKizzie filed a federal suit seeking 75 thousand dollars in damages. The plaintiff was never charged after he was punched by an officer. Defendants named in the suit include the city and five patrol officers.
