A Mankato man has been charged with four counts of third-degree sexual assault. Blue Earth County court records say 19-year-old Jalen Reed was also charged with violating a restraining order. Authorities say Reed is accused of having sexual contact with a person between the ages of 13-16. Court records say that the victim was found with Reed in Le Sueur County in April.
