(Ukraine) — A Minnesota man is no longer being detained by Russian forces while in Ukraine. On Friday , Senator Amy Klobuchar announced Tyler Jacob was released after ten days. The 28-year-old, who was living in Ukraine, was trying to flee when he was taken. Klobuchar said Jacob has since been reunited with his wife and daughter. He is from Winona.
