Minnesota’s seventh community COVID vaccination site will be in Mankato. Officials say that the site will operate at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center starting this week and will administer the two-dose Moderna vaccine. Governor Tim Walz said the sites are extremely effective and will continue to help get shots into the arms of residents. Those who are eligible are encouraged to sign up for the state’s Vaccine Connector. The other vaccination sites are in Bloomington, Duluth, Minneapolis, Rochester, St. Cloud and St. Paul.
