(Itasca County, MN) — One employee of Minnesota Power is dead after being electrocuted near Bovey on Tuesday. The Itasca County Sheriff’s office says 37-year-old James Gibeau was working to replace a line at the substation at 21441 County Road 434 when he was shocked.
