Minnesota’s unemployment rate is now the lowest it’s been this millennium. Unemployment across the state fell to two-point-seven percent in February, that’s the lowest since 1999. The data going back to 1976 says the lowest ever unemployment rate in the state was two-point-five percent set in February of 1999.
