(St. Paul, MN) — More than two million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered across the state of Minnesota. That announcement coming Thursday, the same day the State Department of Health confirmed its 500-thousandth case in a little over a year. Governor Tim Walz noted yesterday that while it took more than two months to administer the first million vaccinations, the second million were distributed in less than one month. Part of the reason for the increase in the vaccination rate, Walz says, is due to an increase in supply from the federal government.
