Minnesota leaders are planning for the next phase of COVID-19. University of Minnesota Medical School vice dean of research Doctor Tim Schacker says he and experts at the U of M, Mayo Clinic, and Minnesota Department of Health are meeting later this week to discuss and endemic plan. He says that one of the best ways to prepare for new outbreaks is to monitor the state’s wastewater system for signs of the virus.
