The Minnesota Nurses Association says it has reservations about Governor Walz lifting his stay-at-home order when they say hospitals continue to ration personal protective equipment and new supply lines have not appeared in the state’s warehouses. The governor responds he hears nurses’ concerns:

“I can assure them and assure Minnesotans that, if we hit some of those gates that show that we’re turning from green and yellow to getting to orange to red, we’re gonna turn it (the re-opening) down.”

The governor indicates Minnesotans’ performance on social distancing has slipped and it’s essential that citizens redouble their efforts so the state can continue controlling the pandemic.
