The Minnesota Senate honoring Lindsay Overbay, the 37-year-old medical assistant and mother of two who died following last week’s mass shootings at the Allina Clinic in Buffalo. 67-year-old Gregory Ulrich is charged with second-degree murder and four counts of attempted murder. K-S-T-P reported earlier that Ulrich had legally obtained the handgun used in the Buffalo shootings despite documented mental illness.
