Minnesota looks to get about $4.5 billion in federal aid for highway and transportation projects as part of the recently-passed $1 trillion infrastructure bill in the U-S House. The more than $1 trillion package passed last week. In addition to providing transportation fix funding, the bill would expand broadband and utility access throughout the country.
