(Carver County, MN) — No serious injuries are being reported after two Waconia Public Schools buses overturned in rural Carver County. KARE11 is reporting that a bus flipped on its side yesterday afternoon near County Road 32 and 74th Street, just south of New Germany. The driver and an undetermined number of students were rescued from the bus. The outlet is also reporting that a second bus with elementary-aged students on board went off the road less that a mile away. The school district says the students were released to parents or put on another bus to be taken home.
