A 47-yearold North Mankato woman is charged with nine counts of welfare fraud, each of them felonies, after Nicollet County Sheriff’s investigators said she failed to tell them she had a job.

Investigator Jay Link said Dianna Delomba’s earnings would have impacted her medical assistance, and when questioned about the unreported job Delomba continued to deny that she was working.

She’s charged with multiple counts of committing fraud by making false statements or concealing income.

Link says Delomba received nearly $9,000 in assistance for which she was not eligible.
