(Minneapolis, MN) — One person is dead and another is injured after a shooting near George Floyd Square in Minneapolis. The shooting happened yesterday afternoon near the intersection of 38th and Chicago on the city’s south side. Police found two men in their 20s at the scene with “potentially life-threatening” gunshot wounds. Both men were taken to the hospital, where one died. The other victim’s current condition hasn’t been released. Authorities say possible evidence may have been removed from the scene before first responders arrived.
