A 19-year-old Owatonna woman is injured in a 2-vehicle crash on westbound highway 14 near Ashland Township in Dodge County. According to the State Patrol, Maribel Rueda spun out and stopped in the westbound lanes on Highway 14. A semi was westbound on 14, going around Rueda. Another vehicle, driven by 32-year-old Matthew Fischer of Rochester, was also westbound on 14 in the left lane. He collided with Rueda. The patrol says Rueda was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Fischer has no reported injuries. The Patrol says there was snow and ice on the road at the time of the crash. It happened yesterday just after 5:30 in the morning.
