(St. Paul, MN) — A St. Paul man convicted of shooting and killing his pregnant girlfriend last year is going to prison. Clinton Delaney was sentenced yesterday to 40 years behind bars for the death of Ashli Johnson in June of 2020. The 29-year-old defendant was found guilty of the crime in July. Delaney was also ordered to pay more than six-thousand dollars in restitution.
