President Donald Trump is set to campaign in Minnesota on Friday with a rally in Rochester. GOP Chair Jennifer Carnahan says Trump has momentum in Minnesota and…

“This is the best opportunity that Republicans have had to deliver our electoral votes to a Republican candidate for president in certainly what is my lifetime.”

State DFL Chair Ken Martin disagrees and says:

“We’re seeing record enthusiasm on the DFL side in terms of volunteers and supporters, contributors.”

The president is scheduled to speak at the Rochester Airport just three days before the November 3rd election. The president previously campaigned here in Mankato, Bemidji and Duluth. So far, Joe Biden has visited Minnesota once (Hermantown).
