(St. Paul, MN) – State lawmakers will consider legalizing recreational marijuana this legislative session. Committee hearings on the adult-use marijuana measure could start as early as next week. Last year, the Minnesota House passed a bill for marijuana legalization, but it could not make it through the Senate. The first hearing for this year’s proposal will be in the House Commerce Finance and Policy committee.
