(St. Paul, MN) – Democratic state lawmakers are working to codify legal abortion in Minnesota. The Protect Reproductive Options Act is being introduced in both the House and Senate. It would further protect abortion access in the state. Abortion is currently legal in Minnesota under a 1995 ruling from the state’s Supreme Court.
