What an incredible weekend right, according to social media all my friends were out drinking, walking their dog, playing with their kids, or starting up their motorcycle! I spent the majority of the weekend working, not complaining, I planned it that way as a chance to get ahead for this week, but then it hit me in the middle of Sunday afternoon. The Sunday Scaries, or maybe you call them the Sunday Blues, The Fear, The Shakes, The Dread! Whatever, you call it, it hit me hard! It’s the anxiety that sets in on Sunday nights with the impending return to the office, school, or work.

I’m not sure if that even the right way to explain this, sometimes it feels like FOMO, you know the Fear Of Missing Out, but then faced with the decision to join, I’d rather stay where I’m at. My only saving grace, at least in my head, is the fact that I had a productive weekend and complete almost all my extra tasks so this week will roll smooth.
