A Garden City man is facing four charges in Blue Earth County after Mankato Police responded to a report of a male and female punching each other in a parked car. According to court documents, the female left the scene in a vehicle but Police located the male, 38-year old Stefan Joseph Wasinger walking near Broad Street. Authorities say Wasinger attempted to flee, but was apprehended after a short pursuit. The man reportedly dumped a bag during the chase that Police later found.
