A Canadian man has created an app called Pawmates to help dogs that live in the same area become friends. "It actually started with my own dog, he was getting a little bit older," he said. Jarvis-Gaum's golden retriever named Pal didn't have the same energy as before and couldn't keep up with the young dogs at the park.
