Funding deal could come at key time for clinics like Open Door Health Center

A budget deal was reached on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., but the funding extension remains a concern for community health centers like the Open Door Health Center in Mankato who have high demand for services. The White House says the Senate's agreement to a two-year, nearly 400-million dollar budget deal would provide spending increases for domestic programs, which includes the healthcare sector.
