A Trimont woman was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle accident in Fairmont on Friday morning. The Minnesota State Patrol reports 45-year old Robert Duffy of Blue Earth was attempting to go southbound on Highway 15 from Blue Earth Avenue when he collided with a Chevy Trailblazer in the intersection.  The driver of the Trailblazer, 55-year old Darla Jo Beatty suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to the Fairmont Hospital. According to the report, Duffy escaped injury in the incident that occurred at 9:23 a.m.
